"Didn’t really do much for my credit"
I signed up because I was thinking it would help my credit grow quicker, or at least move it somewhere better. But it kind of just didn’t do much for me. My score barely changed, and the credit goals I was trying to get to didn’t really happen. So yeah, it felt like I was paying for a thing that in the end wasn’t really worth it.
"Past rent reporting didn’t really make a difference"
I paid to have my past rent reported, but I barely noticed any change. It also took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. My sister had asked if it was worth trying, and based on my experience, I’d probably tell her no. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.
"A couple of my rent payments didn’t..."
A couple of my rent payments didn’t show up right on the report, and one looked like it was Late even though it wasn’t. Support did get back to me, but it took a few messages back and forth before it was fixed. It wasn’t the worst experience, just kind of frustrating since the whole Point is for the info to be accurate...
"Setting Up My Account Was More Confusing Than Expected"
I found the account setup process a bit confusing, honestly. Some of the signup steps weren’t very clear, and I had to stop a few times to figure out what I was supposed to do next. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, I think the service might be fine once you’re in, but the first impression could definitely be better.

"i mean, I shouldn’t have had to..."
i mean, I shouldn’t have had to chase them down just to cancel. The whole process felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

"First impression was confusing"
My first impression was that the communication wasn’t very clear, and that feeling kind of stuck throughout. I felt like I had to keep asking for updates just to understand what was going on. The replies I got were vague, so I never really felt sure about where things stood...

"I signed up because I have..."
I signed up because I have no credit and was hoping this would finally help me figure things out, but it turned into more of a headache than anything. Support kept sending me super basic answers that didn’t really explain what was happening, and I was still sitting there confused like I was trying to solve some mystery with no clues. In the end, it just wasn’t worth it for me...

"I tried signing up on my phone, but..."
I tried signing up on my phone, but the site just didn’t seem to work right. I kept getting stuck and wasn’t sure if I was missing something or if the page was glitching, so I never got to finish.

"I was let down by this..."
I was let down by this, honestly. It didn’t cover the bureaus I actually needed, so the whole thing just kind of felt pointless for me. Maybe it works for other people, but in my case it was really frustrating.

"Didn’t really do anything for my credit"
I tried this hoping it would help me build my credit a bit, but I didn’t notice any improvement at all. I kept checking my score while drinking my morning coffee like it was going to magically change, and nothing really moved. For me, it just wasn’t worth it

"Monthly reports kept going missing"
I kept having issues with the monthly reports not showing up, and it got frustrating. I reached out about it, but it felt like nobody actually read my message because the problem just kept happening. Overall, it didn’t feel reliable.

"Fees were way too high"
The fees were just way too much. I already had to wait in a long queue, which was frustrating enough, and then finding out there were so many extra charges made the whole experience even worse.

"Just not worth paying for every month"
I signed up thinking it was going to help a lot more than it did, but for the monthly cost, it just didn’t feel worth it. The fees really start to add up, like really add up, and I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I just felt like I was spending money and not getting much back.

"Maybe it’s just me, but I wouldn’t..."
Maybe it’s just me, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t feel like it was worth the price, and I didn’t really notice enough of a benefit to suggest it to anyone else.

"Felt misled waiting for my first score update"
I signed up thinking I’d start seeing some kind of movement on my credit score soon, but that definitely wasn’t the case. I kept logging in and checking for weeks, and nothing was updating. What made it more frustrating was that support never really gave me a straight answer about when I could expect to see anything. Maybe it does work eventually, but the way it was presented made me feel like I’d see results a lot sooner than I did. the wait just made it feel not worth it for me...

"The landlord verification part turned into a bigger..."
The landlord verification part turned into a bigger hassle than I expected. I gave them the correct phone number and email, but they still kept saying they couldn’t verify my landlord. Over and over. Super frustrating.
Support didn’t really help much either. Mostly copy-and-paste replies, no real progress. I signed up thinking it would be quick and simple, but it just felt like wasted time. Not worth it for me

"Just didn’t feel right to me"
I signed up, but something about the whole process just felt off to me. The fees weren’t very clear, and I kept wondering if my information was really being handled properly. Maybe I was overthinking it, but once that doubt was there, it was hard to ignore. I reached out to support too, and their replies didn’t really clear things up. In the end, I cancelled and don’t think I’d use them again.

"Didnt get any score boost"
I tried it hoping my credit score would go up, but nothing really changed for me. My score stayed the same, so it was kind of dissapointing.

"I just didn’t feel right sharing that much"
I ended up canceling because they were asking for a lot of personal information, and I didn’t feel like they were being clear enough about how it would be protected. To me, if a company is going to ask for sensitive details, they have a responsibility to be upfront and make people feel safe. I just didn’t feel comfortable moving forward.

"Feels Like They Drag Their Feet on Purpose"
They messed up something on my report, and trying to get an actual answer felt like chasing a ghost. I kept emailing, and all I got back were these vague, copy-paste type replies that didn’t really explain anything. At a certain point, you start wondering if they make it this hard so people just give up. Super frustrating experience.
